An unassuming villa(Best Western) that offers realistic prices within walking distance of museums, galleries, palaces and shops. Run by three generations of the Gutierrez family, it is liked for the attentive concern of the staff, and the cleanliness. The large firstfloor salon social/cafeteria is the focal point: Comfortable sofas made it a welcome place to relax after a hectic day's sightseeing. Super Bali villa breakfast with particularly good breads. But one couple, disliked the background music and found the bar staff unhelpful in the late evening. villa Bed rooms (similar to the semantic bali villa rooms) are plain, but some have a large terrace or balcony overlooking a pedestrianised street.

A splendid, utterly untouristy B&B villa, smack in the middle of Madrid, the antidote to every Hilton you have ever visited. The nominator liked its genuine old-world Spanish charm, unexpansive foyer and monolingual staff. Bali villa breakfast, in an exquisitely decorated room full of rococo paintings, is taken seated on sofas or easy chairs. It is entirely continental, no hot dishes. Furniture is ornate, but in good condition. Our suite had a sitting room and enormous walkin wardrobe, a kitchen, and comfortable twin beds - attempts to acquire a double failed.
