This agreement is by and between Indonesia-bali.com (known as the agent) and the owners of the villa property and with the Guest (or the customer). The agent reserves the right as booking agent that represents the owners of the Bali private villas listed in this website. This agreement is validity once the agent receives the payments given by the customer and the agent sends the booking confirmation to the customer
Minimum Stay
Some Bali private villas set certain policy mentioning the number of minimum night stays. Moreover, the quantity of night stays may vary depending on the season and the other considerations. Here, the minimum night stays for the period; February to June & September to November is 2 (three) nights, for the period (December to January & July to August is 5 (seven) nights.
Rates
In Indonesia-bali.com the Euro price range is only used to group the rates of each villa. All Indonesia-bali.com villa rates are quoted in either Euro, USD, AUD, although payment can be done in USD or any other currency. If you wish to ask for the quote on the Bali villa rates in USD or AUD, please state this in your inquiry. Both the agent and the owner of properties reserve the right to change the rates and conditions without prior notice.
Payments (villas/cars)
1) (For bookings 45 days or more prior to arrival date) All bookings request a minimum 50% prepayment deposit for the entire period. Once the agent sends the confirmation of booking to the clients, the clients must pay this prepayment amount, and must be received, the latest within 7 (two) days after the booking confirmation is sent. The client must also show proof of pre payment to the agent. Full payment must be received 2 days prior to the date of arrival.
2) (For bookings less than 45 days or less prior to arrival date). All bookings request a minimum of 50% prepayment deposit 2 days after the agent sends a confirmation of booking to the client (via paypal). Full amount must be paid and received at least 2 working days prior to the date of arrival.
3) (For bookings 2 days or less prior to the date of arrival). Full payment must be paid no later than the day the guests arrives. Please note that we may not have the villa/cars available especially during high season
Failure to settle the prepayment may cause the release of your bookings automatically without notice. We suggest to book as earlier as possible due to popular villa demands especially during high season (December – January, July – August)
Payment Methods
Two payment systems options are available:
(1)Payment by Paypal – if this method of payment is chosen; when booking is confirmed, our sales representative will send a payment order via email and to the clients my account page. By clicking on the link on the payment order, within a 3 click process, you will be able to pay using your credit card in Paypal. It is a simple process.If the payment uses Visa and Mastercard, there will be an additional 3,5% charge
(2)Paymen by bank transfer - If this method of payment is chosen, please access your [my accounts] page by logging in first and then requesting our bank account information through your correspondence ticket support.
Rate Conversions
Please be aware that all credit card payments will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), the exchange rate will follow the bank exchanging rate or the paypal exchange rate (depending on your method of payment) of the day. Due to fluctuations of the IDR currency, there may be small differences in personal statement balance after payment is done. We as the agent will not be responsible for these differences.
Cancellations
1) All cancellations done by the clients must be notified and confirmed by email.
2) If cancellations is done 45 days prior to your arrival date then Indonesia-bali.com will refund 55% of the already paid out fee
3) If cancellations are done between 45 days to 30 days prior to your date of arrival then Indonesia-bali.com will refund 45% of the already paid out fee.
4) If cancellations are done between 30 days to 21 days prior to your date of arrival then Indonesia-bali.com will refund 25% of the already paid out fee.
5) If cancellations are done 21 days or less prior to arrival then we will not refund any fees that had already been paid out to Indonesia-bali.com.
6) (Exceptions to number 2),3),4),5) above) For Christmas and New Years bookings, the deposit payment will not be refunded to the guest if cancellations is made 60 days prior to date of arrival to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.
No show
In cases of a no show, payments will not be refunded and guest will not be compensated.
Guest Registration
Guest must register the number of family and friends who will be staying at the villa. If by any chance you have exceed the number of people in your location that had been originally registered during your stay, you will do so at the risk of seeing access to the villa refused for the unregistered individuals unless you undergo a price increase that may be claimed by the owner of the villas. In this case Indonesia-bali.com cannot be held responsible for any dispute that you may have with the owner of the villas.
Bali Villa Facilities
In accordance with our arrangement with the villa owners, your villa should have a clean kitchen, dishes facilities, furniture and bedding. The Bali villa owner is responsible for the quantity and quality of this equipment. If you have complaints about facilities, please email to info@indonesia-bali.com or to have access to an expedited reply please use your correspondence support ticket to contact us in regards to your issues.
Check In & Check Out Time
Check in time for most of the Bali villa is 16.00 pm to 19.00 and check out time is between 09.00 am to 10.00 am. The time difference will be used by the Bali villa staffs to make up the room that will be occupied by the next guests. In case of a check out delay up to 18.00 pm, a charge of 50% for 1 night of the rate will apply. Also, for delays up to 23.00 pm, a charge of 100% for 1 night of the rate will apply.
Cleanliness and ANIMALS issues:
As guests, you agree to take all measures and precautions necessary so that you and your family adhere to the rules set forth at the villa you have chosen to book. The Bali villa must be left as clean as when you arrive.
If you intend to bring pets, please notify us when you make your inquiry to book the villa, and each villa treats the bringing of pets differently. Failure to notify us may result in problems with the villa owners and Indonesia-bali.com cannot be held responsible for any acts undertaken by the villa owners.
Uses of Swimming Pools and other facilities
The guest must take all necessary precautions for the use of the villa facilities such as swimming pools and swings, especially in regards to children using these facilities. The guest agrees to not held Indonesia-bali.com responsible if accidents where to happen to guests and their family and friends while using the facilities at the villa.
